Get the leadership and management experience you need to lead global teams
The MS in Global Innovation and Leadership through Engineering’s management track, delivered by the John’s Hopkins Center for Leadership Education, provides a hands-on education from experts in management, finance, and communications, all designed to help you solve problems with an engineering mindset, communicate complex, technical concepts to a variety of audiences, and work in and lead interdisciplinary teams. In conjunction with the MSIL program’s technical track, our management track helps you develop the skills necessary to become a savvy, technical leader in in-demand industries.
All MSIL students will participate in our management track. In their first semester, each entering class will take two required innovation and leadership courses during their first semester.
