Last week, the incoming MSIL cohort got to know their fellow students, the Homewood campus, and the Baltimore area during MSIL orientation. Between workshops, campus tours, and Baltimore outings, students are prepped and ready for the start of classes today.

On Monday, Director of Graduate Programs Trevor Mackesey and CLE Director Pam Sheff welcomed MSEM and MSIL students to campus. Tuesday, students visited the Imagine Center, home of the Life Design Lab, to learn about career resources and have their headshots taken in the LDL’s headshot photo booth. That evening, students attended a welcome reception at Peabody Heights Brewery.

On Wednesday, students completed an improv workshop with Senior Lecturer MC Coghlan and MSIL Director Sarah Harrison Smith before small-group meetups around campus with their management-track advisors.

Thursday evening, students joined the incoming MSEM cohort for a Baltimore Orioles game. And on Friday, students rounded out the week with guest speakers from around the Homewood campus.
